However, if you wish to withdraw from the contract or return a product, you may do so in accordance with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34\/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as amended by Government Emergency Ordinance No. 18\/2026 (hereinafter collectively referred to as \u201cGEO 34\/2014\u201d).\n\n<h4>Customized products<\/h4>\n\nPlease note that <strong>customized products ordered outside the catalog available on the website<\/strong>, cannot be returned, in accordance with the applicable legislation governing made-to-order products, Article 16(c) of GEO 34\/2014.\n\n<h4>Right of withdrawal<\/h4>\n\nYou have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase of a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the products, without penalties and without the need to provide any reason.\n\nTo exercise this right, we provide a digital withdrawal feature directly through your customer account. It is no longer necessary to complete a separate form. It is sufficient to submit your withdrawal request before the expiration of the 14-day period calculated from the date you received the product.\n\n<h4>Conditions regarding returned product<\/h4>\n\nTo be eligible for return, the product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, without:\n\n<ul>\n    <li>physical changes;<\/li>\n    <li>blows, chips, scratches or shocks;<\/li>\n    <li>signs of use;<\/li>\n    <li>unauthorized interventions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nIt is not mandatory that the product be returned in the same box in which it was delivered.<br>\nWe reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions or to reduce the refunded amount proportionally to any damage or loss in value identified.\n\n<h4>Packaging and Shipping Responsibility<\/h4>\n\nThe customer is responsible for properly and securely packaging the product to ensure it is protected during transport.\n\nThe customer is responsible for the integrity of the parcel until it is received by Innkeeper Minis.\n\nWe do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery. The value of the product will be refunded only after it has been received and inspected.\n\nReturns are considered valid only if the product is shipped in accordance with the instructions provided by email after the return request has been approved. Shipments sent to easybox lockers or other randomly selected delivery points cannot be processed.\n\nIn the case of standard returns, the customer is responsible for arranging transportation to the address provided in the return approval email and for covering the associated shipping costs.\n\nIf the return request does not indicate a manufacturing defect or a non-conforming delivery as the reason for the return, the return will be treated as a standard return and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.\n\n<h4>Defective products or wrong delivery<\/h4>\n\nIf you have received a product with a manufacturing defect or a product different from the one you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide relevant photographs.\n\nIn such cases, Innkeeper Minis will cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange.\n\n<h4>Withdrawal Procedure.<\/h4>\n\n<ol>\n    <li>Log in to your account on the website and access the \u201cMy Orders\u201d section.<\/li>\n\n    <li>\n        Next to the relevant order, click the \u201cWithdraw from Contract\u201d button. You may request withdrawal for the entire order or only for specific products within it.\n        <ul>\n            <li class=\"translation-block\">If you placed the order without creating an account, you may submit a withdrawal request on the <a href=\"https:\/\/innkeeperminis.ro\/en\/retragere-din-contract\/\" target=\"_self\">Withdraw from Contract<\/a> page by identifying yourself with the order number and the email address used for the purchase.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n\n    <li>You will immediately receive an automatic email confirmation of your request, including the date and time of submission. This serves as legal proof that you have exercised your right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n\n    <li>Your request will be reviewed by our team. Once approved, you will receive a second email with the exact steps you need to follow, including the return address, responsibility for shipping costs, and the refund method, depending on the specific circumstances of your order.<\/li>\n\n    <li>Properly package the product so that it is protected during transport.<\/li>\n\n    <li>Contact a courier company of your choice and ship the parcel to the return address provided in the instruction email.<\/li>\n\n    <li>\n        Return shipping costs are allocated as follows:\n        <ul>\n            <li>For standard returns, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.<\/li>\n            <li>If you reported a manufacturing defect or that you received a product different from the one ordered in your return request, and the situation is confirmed by Innkeeper Minis, the shipping cost will be covered by us.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n\n    <li>After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the refund in accordance with the conditions below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4>Refunds<\/h4>\n\nIf you withdraw from the contract for a product, we will refund the amounts paid for that product, excluding shipping costs in the case of standard returns.\n\nThe refund will be made, where possible, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.\n\nAccording to GEO 34\/2014, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the notification of withdrawal from the contract.
