The direct costs of returning the products are borne by you.<\/li>\r\n<li>The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the request, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund may be delayed until the products are received or proof of shipment is provided.<\/li>\r\n<li>The products must be returned complete, with all accessories and, where possible, in their original packaging. You are only responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the products beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4>Exceptions \u2014 products that CANNOT be returned (Art. 16, GEO 34\/2014)<\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Customized products<\/strong> \u2014 made according to your specifications or clearly personalized (engraved, inscribed, or made to order according to specified dimensions).<\/li>\r\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Perishable products<\/strong> \u2014 products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.<\/li>\r\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Unsealed sealed products<\/strong> \u2014 products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons (cosmetics, personal care products, underwear) if they have been unsealed.<\/li>\r\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Sealed audio\/video recordings or software<\/strong> \u2014 if they have been unsealed after delivery.<\/li>\r\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Inseparably mixed products<\/strong> \u2014 products which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.<\/li>\r\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Fully performed services<\/strong> \u2014 with your prior express consent.<\/li>\r\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium<\/strong> \u2014 if the download or access has begun with your express consent.<\/li>\r\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Newspapers, periodicals, and magazines<\/strong> \u2014 except for subscription contracts.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>If a product in your order falls within one of the exempt categories, the withdrawal request for that product may be refused in accordance with the law.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"cril-policy-note\">Informa\u021biile de mai sus au caracter informativ;
