I do not create fully custom models and I do not design models from scratch based on a description. The available miniatures are those listed on the website or those I can source through my collaborators.

No, the models cannot be modified. The miniatures are printed according to the original design, without changes to weapons, pose, or other details.

If you have a miniature in mind that is not listed on the website, send me a message. I will check whether I can source and print it, depending on availability and licensing. I cannot promise that every model will be possible, but I am open to requests.

Yes. Each miniature is carefully packaged to ensure it is protected during transport and arrives safely to you.

I try to keep a stock of miniatures ready so orders can be shipped as quickly as possible, but some miniatures in your order may need to be printed after the order is placed. Because of this, I need 1–3 business days for processing (printing, quality checking, and packing) before shipping. Once the parcel has been shipped, delivery takes approximately 2–3 business days within Romania or 3–8 business days for international orders, depending on the destination country. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer, but I always do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Yes! If you're in Cluj-Napoca or passing through the area, you can choose free personal pickup near VIVO Mall. At checkout, simply select the personal pickup option and I'll contact you to arrange the details.

Yes, I ship internationally via DPD to several countries across Europe. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are automatically displayed at checkout. I know that some shipping rates may seem high, but they are set by the courier, and as a small business, I don't have access to preferential rates. Cash on delivery is available for orders delivered by courier both in Romania and in several EU countries. If you don't see the cash on delivery option at checkout, it means that your order is being delivered to a country where couriers do not allow this payment method, or you have selected personal pickup in Cluj-Napoca. In these situations, you can pay online by card or via bank transfer.
