Order processing and delivery

All miniatures available on the website are made to order using 3D printing.
Each product requires time for printing, quality checking, and packaging before shipping.

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Delivery time: 2–3 business days after the package is shipped

Order delivery is made via Sameday courier, with the following options:

• Easybox delivery – 19 lei
• Delivery to address – 25 lei

For orders with cash on delivery, an additional fee of
5 lei is charged by the courier company.

After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information for your package.

Payment methods

Orders can be paid for using the following methods:

• Online payment by bank card
  Payment is securely processed through the Netopia Payments payment processor.
  Card details are neither processed nor stored by Innkeeper Minis, but exclusively by the payment processor, in compliance with PCI DSS security standards.
  All transactions are encrypted and secured using the HTTPS/TLS protocol.
• Bank transfer
  Your order will be processed after payment has been confirmed in our bank account.
• Cash on delivery
  Payment is made in cash to the courier upon delivery.

Additional information

• Orders are processed on business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• During busy periods, processing time may vary slightly.
