Order processing and delivery

All miniatures available on the website are made to order using 3D printing.

Each product requires time for printing, quality checking, and packaging before shipping.

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, processing time may vary slightly.

Shipping within Romania

The following options are available for orders within Romania:

Personal Pickup – Cluj-Napoca, VIVO Mall Area

Courier Delivery

Delivery time: 2–3 business days after the parcel is shipped.

Orders are delivered by DPD and Sameday couriers, with the following options:

  • DPD – Locker delivery – 16 lei€3,06
  • DPD – Home delivery – 21 lei€4,02
  • Sameday – Easybox delivery – 19 lei€3,63
  • Sameday – Home delivery – 25 lei€4,78

For orders paid by cash on delivery, an additional fee of 5 lei€0,96is charged by the courier company.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via DPD.

Both options are available:

  • Home delivery
  • Locker delivery

Both options have the same shipping rate, depending on the delivery area.

Zone 1

Bulgaria, Hungary

  • Shipping cost: 29 lei€5,54
  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days after the parcel is shipped

For orders paid by cash on delivery, an additional fee of 5 lei€0,96is charged by the courier company.

Zone 2

Czech Republic, Croatia, Greece, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia

  • Shipping cost: 37 lei€7,07
  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days after the parcel is shipped

For orders paid by cash on delivery, an additional fee of 5 lei€0,96is charged by the courier company.

Zone 3

Austria, Italy

Cash on delivery is not available.

Finland, Portugal, Sweden

Payment methods

Orders can be paid for using the following methods:

  • Online payment by bank card
    Payment is securely processed through the Netopia Payments payment processor.
    Card details are neither processed nor stored by Innkeeper Minis, but exclusively by the payment processor, in compliance with PCI DSS security standards.
    All transactions are encrypted and secured using the HTTPS/TLS protocol.
  • Bank transfer
    Your order will be processed after payment has been confirmed in our bank account.
  • Cash on delivery
    Cash on delivery is available for Romania, Zone 1, and Zone 2.
    For orders paid by cash on delivery, an additional fee of 5 lei€0,96is charged by the courier company.
    Cash on delivery is not available for Zones 3, 4, and 5.
