Withdrawal from the contract

According to GEO 18/2026 (which amends GEO 34/2014), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without the need to justify the decision.

How it works

  • The 14-day period begins on the day you take physical possession of the products.
  • After submitting the request, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing the date, time, and details of your request.
  • You have 14 days from the communication of the decision to send the products back. The direct costs of returning the products are borne by you.
  • The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the request, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund may be delayed until the products are received or proof of shipment is provided.
  • The products must be returned complete, with all accessories and, where possible, in their original packaging. You are only responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the products beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions — products that CANNOT be returned (Art. 16, GEO 34/2014)

  • Customized products — made according to your specifications or clearly personalized (engraved, inscribed, or made to order according to specified dimensions).
  • Perishable products — products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Unsealed sealed products — products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons (cosmetics, personal care products, underwear) if they have been unsealed.
  • Sealed audio/video recordings or software — if they have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Inseparably mixed products — products which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Fully performed services — with your prior express consent.
  • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium — if the download or access has begun with your express consent.
  • Newspapers, periodicals, and magazines — except for subscription contracts.

If a product in your order falls within one of the exempt categories, the withdrawal request for that product may be refused in accordance with the law.
