  • Law No. 363/2007 on combating unfair commercial practices of traders in their relationship with consumers and harmonising regulations with European legislation on consumer protection

BALCANU ANCA PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ grants the user limited access, for personal use (placing online orders, obtaining information), on the website www.innkeeperminis.ro, and does not grant the right to download or modify the website, in whole or in part, to reproduce the website, in whole or in part, to copy, sell/resell, or exploit the website in any other manner, for commercial purposes or without its prior written consent.

The entire content of the website www.innkeeperminis.ro – images, texts, graphics, symbols, web design elements, emails, scripts, programs, and other data – is the property of BALCANU ANCA PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ and its suppliers and is protected by copyright law (Law No. 8/1996) as well as by intellectual and industrial property laws. Any use without the consent of BALCANU ANCA PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ of any of the elements listed above is punishable according to applicable law.

The use of this trademark, domain, or trade names, logos, and emblems, whether directly or “hidden” (including but not limited to meta tags or other indexing and web search techniques), without prior written permission is prohibited and punishable under the law.

The products presented on www.innkeeperminis.ro are produced and sold by BALCANU ANCA PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ. Product prices may be changed at any time. Please check the final sale price before purchasing a product.

  1. Orders can be placed exclusively online on the website www.innkeeperminis.ro and imply the customer’s acceptance of the terms and conditions presented. Orders are considered confirmed after receiving the confirmation email sent by the store, which serves as proof of the conclusion of the contract.

Modification or cancellation of the order:

  • Customers may request the modification or cancellation of an order before the product has been shipped by contacting the store at contact@innkeeperminis.ro.
  • After shipment, the standard return policy applies.

In accordance with O.U.G. 34/2014, the customer has the right to return the products within 14 calendar days from receipt, without having to justify the decision.

Exception: customized products ordered outside the website catalog are exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(c) of O.U.G. 34/2014.

  1. Payment can be made online by bank card (securely processed via Netopia Payments), bank transfer, or cash on delivery.
    Card details are neither processed nor stored by Innkeeper Minis, but exclusively by the payment partner, in accordance with PCI DSS security standards.
    All transactions are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS protocol to ensure full protection of your data.
  2. The standard order processing time is 2–3 working days, required for 3D printing and packaging the miniatures. This is followed by the actual courier delivery time, estimated at 2–3 working days. Products are delivered using the methods available at checkout. Shipping costs will be displayed separately at the end of the order process.
  3. The miniatures sold on www.innkeeperminis.ro are produced locally by 3D printing, in small batches, and are not mass-produced industrial items. For this reason, processing times may vary depending on order volume. The 3D printing process may also involve small variations or minor imperfections, which do not affect the functionality or overall appearance of the product. These characteristics are normal for 3D-printed products and do not constitute defects.
  4. Any misunderstanding will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be settled in accordance with Romanian law, with the competent court being the one within the jurisdiction of the trader’s registered office.
  5. The collected data (name, address, email, phone number) is used strictly for order processing and communication with the customer. The data is stored in accordance with GDPR legislation. For further details, please consult the Privacy Policy.
  6. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its contractual obligations if such failure is caused by a force majeure event, in accordance with Romanian law.
